In order to become informed and responsible citizens, it is vital to be actively engaged in politics and government policy. For this class, you will have the chance to research a political topic that interests you.
YOUR TASK:
  • Research a political topic that you find interesting and important.
  • Pose a policy question and find current news articles/information sources that help answer your question.
  • With your partner, research and present opposing views on your policy question.
  • Create a PowerPoint presentation and lead a class discussion to share your knowledge with the class.
